Shandong: service industry contributes half of the foreign capital

Linyi, July 21, 2015 (Linyi China) -- Along with the upgrade and transition of the traditional industries, Shandong Province started to show a directional change in attracting the foreign capital, with main foreign capital from the service industry, instead of the manufacturing industry. In the first half of the year, the service industries contributed nearly half of the foreign capital among the received amount in Shandong Province, in which the information software industry had realized the 8.7 times of increase, according to relevant statistics.

In the first six months of 2015, the total received foreign capital amount of the service industry in Shandong Province reached 4.01 billion yuan, with a month-on-month growth of 19.5 percent. The modern service industries such as the financial service industry, science and research industry and information software industry had realized repaid increase in attracting the foreign capital.

From the perspective of the foreign capital sources, Hong Kang was absolutely the big part. Fang Shunwen, the head of the Hong Kang Trade Development Council mentioned that Shandong Province is a large province in China. Shandong Province is on the way to transform and upgrade the traditional industries, cultivate new industries and speed up the development of modern service industry, making it a perfect opportunity for Hong Kang service industries.
