视听山东·临沂 | Happy Chunjie! Int'l students celebrate Spring Festival in Linyi

The upcoming Spring Festival, or Chunjie in Chinese, which falls on January 22 this year, marks the start of the Chinese Lunar New Year. It is undoubtedly one of the most important events in China.

Twenty-five international students from Linyi University were invited by Linyi Daily to spend the Little New Year, or Xiaonian in Chinese, in Linyi City, east China's Shandong Province on January 13.

They participated in multiple Chinese traditions such as writing Chinese calligraphy, making paper-cutting, dough figurines and dumplings.
